400G OSFP112 DR4 FLT Pluggable 光收发器模块

芯速联HSO8-400-DR-C2S 收发器专为 500 米单模光纤（SMF）上的 400G 以太网和 InfiniBand 通信应用链路而设计，符合 OSFP MSA、CMIS 5.1、IEEE802.3ck 和 IEEE 802.3df 标准。光信号在中心波长为 1310nm 的四个并行通道上传输。模块的发射器和接收器上有 4 个并行通道，每个通道的工作速率为 106.25Gbps。光接口为 MTP/MPO-12 APC 连接器。
